WURTH RETURN AND REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Wurth NA. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Wurth NA. will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all Wurth tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange your order:

to log your return and complete the relevant returns document.
From date of receipt of goods, the customer will have 14 working days to register the return to email@example.com and 30 calendar days to return the goods to Wurth Head Office in Southern Industry.
To be eligible for a return/refund, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, unless damaged due to shipping. The item/s must be in the original packaging and include the invoice number/receipt of proof of purchase.
Please note, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, individual items that form part of a package and electronic products are non-refundable.
Once the item/s is received, it will be inspected and notification of receipt will be sent to the customer. We will immediately notify the customer of the status of the refund after inspection. If the customer is entitled to a return, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5 working days. Should the customer have an existing account with Wurth Namibia the credit will reflect immediately.
Item/s will only be exchanged should it arrive at the customer’s premises defective or damaged. In circumstances where the customer considers a product defective, you as the customer may promptly contact us within 14 working days at with details of the product as well as the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be fully examined and an e-mail notification will be sent within a reasonable period of time, as to whether the customer is entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or not. If eligibility is proven, we will send a replacement product.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except if the product arrived at the customer’s premises damaged. Should a refund be received, the cost of original or return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
We do not take responsibility for any time delays from the customer’s shipping company and our 30-day return/refund/exchange policy is strictly 30 days from date of receipt.
