2009

Mr. Ewald Waldherr was employed as the first ADM who started developing the Namibian customer base with goods and serviced delivered from Würth South Africa. Following many years of building up the customer base sales continued the positive development and in 2009, Würth Namibia was officially opened as an independent company.

Würth Namibia started as a relatively small company situated in Windhoek the capitol of Namibia. Namibia is the second least populated country in the world, per capita.

It has an estimated population of 2.0 million inhabitants. Windhoek the capital city of Namibia & also biggest city in Namibia, it has a population of 300 000 people!

2012

Mr. Zürn and Mr. Oftedal came to visit Würth Namibia and Mr. Eike Bolm is appointed General Manager

following the good development of the company under his leadership as sales manager.

2012 also marks the milestone of the second Pick Ups Shop being opened in Namibia – Walvisbay.

2017

On the 25th September 2017 Würth Namibia held their Grand Opening of the newly relocated Express Shop.

It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase our products and services. Equiped with a cold beer, Pretzel and a

Bratwurst our customers were treated to magni?cent specials, demos and a fun ?lled drilling competition. We

are extremely thankful to all out customers who made the e?ort and took time out to enjoy this milestone with us.

2019

This year we celebrated our 10 year anniversary. With a total of 2 Express shops across the country, one in Windhoek and one in Walvis bay. a reliable staff of 19 members.
